RETURNS

We hope that you will be really happy with your purchase.  If you feel that you need to return an item, we like to keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery.

You must return goods within 30 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components.

We will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and packing.

Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser/cardholder.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.

If the delivered goods  are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.

Computer monitors display colours differently and we cannot guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only. 

 

OVERVIEW

We are happy to offer a refund should this be needed.  Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return it in the original packaging – including the board backed envelope.

Personalised stickers are non-refundable unless faulty.  Please check spelling and information given at time of purchase.

To complete your return, please message us here at contact@stickerme.co.uk Returned goods will be credited on reciept of the stickers.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the processed refund. 

A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which are non refundable.

Please note we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
